Papers for Online Mutation, (BAIDYABATI MUNICIPALITY) To apply

• (Format- .PDF / .JPEG, Size- Max. 2MB each)
• ID –Proof (Aadhar/ Voter/ Driving licence)
• Deed
• ROR-KH (Record of Rights/Parcha)
• Tax Payment Receipt
• Signature of the applicant

  • Deed Certificate/Land Parcha
  • Death registration certificate of the recorded owner
  • Warison affidavit
  • The legal heir certificate of the successors
  • Death registration certificate/s of the legal heirs (if applicable) received from the competent Authority
• Mutation due to succession (Testamentary)
  • Death registration certificate of the recorded owner
  • The probated last will of the recorded owner received from the competent Authority
• Mutation of flat registered under cooperative societies registration act, 1973
  • Registered deed of the last transfer of the property
• Mutation of flat registered under WB Apartment Act, 1972
  • Registered deed of the last transfer of the property
• Mutation Flat/House/Building/land due to transfer except - cooperative societies Act, 1973 and WB Apartment Act, 1972
  • Registered deed of the last transfer of the property
• Mutation cum Separation/ Mutation of New Flat
  • Copy of the duly registered separation deed
  • The separation site plan duty signed and stamped by the licensed Building Surveyor/Architect and Applicant
• Mutation cum Amalgamation(Under Process)
  • Upload scanned copy of the duly registered amalgamation deed
  • The amalgamation site plan duly signed and stamped by the Licensed Building Surveyor/Architect and the applicant
• Assessment of un assessed Property(Under Process)
  • Registered instrument of the latest transfer of the property
• Change in the name of company/firm
  • Document issued by the competent Authority certifying the change of name.
• Change in the mane of Institution/Authority
  • Document issued by the competent Authority certifying the change of name.
